We are excited to introduce a new, scenic and very private wedding area. The flood of 2013 brought some challenges, but it also brought some great opportunities. We now have a flood mitigation berm protecting our golf course property - including your investment in the the most exciting day of your life.

I just had to send you an email about the outstanding service we received for our daughters wedding that was held on Aug 15 at the Highwood. From the first time we met with Dawn, we knew we made the right choice in venues. The grounds were just beautiful and the wedding set up was fantastic. The food...well let me tell you, we had nothing but rave reviews from our guests! The beef and turkey was out of this world and the desserts...I was shocked at how large the portion size was. OUTSTANDING !!! your chefs deserve a huge pat on the back
The poor girls in the club house were overwhelmed when after the wedding service, due to the cooler weather, were overrun with wedding guests ordering drinks and snacks, they kept up with all the orders with smiles on their faces, the service was great !
And most of all....the biggest praise goes to Dawn! She is such an amazing lady and was beyond helpful with ensuring that everything was on track and that we were at all times, happy with everything that was done for us at the Highwood.
I work in retail and know from first hand that most times all we hear is the bad.....not today though.....you guys rock !!

Room Rentals
We have two room rental options available for your next event. Our Wellman room is a beautifully appointed banquet room that seats approximately 200 people depending on the room set-up. It has a large format av system with hook ups for laptops, pc's, dvd's, HDTV and more. Our boardroom is great for business meetings or break out sessions and seats up to 12 people. the functional space is full of natural light as well as conference calling, smartboard whiteboard and short throw projector with hook ups via HDMI, USB, mini-USB and VGA.
Rentals of both rooms are available with coffee, tea and water service as well as hot and cold food and beverage offerings. Daily and half day rates are available. See page seven of our Banquet Package for pricing.

I cannot express how grateful I was for the professional organization and execution for my gathering. The room was setup just as I had wanted, the meal I ordered was done extremely well and served to perfection, and the gals looking after the tables and bar did a tremendous job.

Hi Dawn,
Now that all of the dust has settled, I wanted to share my kudos with you and your team. You were a joy to work with. Your ability to roll with it and be flexible ensured a happy client and a successful event. Your insight and experience were invaluable. Western Financial Group was very happy with the way the vouchers worked out for the golfers. Thank you to Chad for that. Also, thank you to Chad for smooth handling of the concern around course conditions.
Please pass on my appreciation to the kitchen. The prime rib was perfect – mouth-wateringly delicious! The food was fresh and the desserts were yummy (my favourite part of the meal!). Our guests may not have had a golf tournament, but they were treated to an excellent dinner! Dan (golf pro) was also great to work with. He happily answered all of my questions and he was very helpful.
I hope to have the opportunity to work with you again! If anyone asks me where they should golf, host a golf tournament or dinner outside of the city, I will definitely recommend Highwood. Please accept this email of gratitude and appreciation on behalf of the entire Foothills AIM Society Family. We truly appreciate the class in which our event was hosted and the overall presentation and preparation for it. Chad thank you so much for supporting the 2 for 1 certificates, I continually hear acknowledgment and appreciation. Dan, the 25% off merchandise was also an unexpected nice touch. I hope many people came by the pro-shop to take advantage of that. I made an announcement at the banquet that if anyone did not get one to come see me and several people came up to get one. The bag tag, assistance with carts, course set up and condition were just excellent. Again, Dawn it is a pleasure working with you, you are very accommodating and most helpful.
Not that you can claim control but we so lucked out with the weather. Our tournament whistled around the course in good time and the banquet room set up was wonderful. The only comment I received during and after the banquet was that the presentation and set up were terrific

The moment we drove up to the Highwood Golf & Country Club, we knew we found our wedding venue. With the late afternoon sunshine and the perfect amount of fresh flowers, our outside ceremony was gorgeous. We needed very little decorations within the banquet room for our reception as the floor to ceiling windows brought in the sunshine all evening and our first dance to the sunset was breathe taking. The food and staff at the Highwood were outstanding and my guests were happy the entire night.

The Highwood Golf and Country Club is an excellent venue for a large gathering! We have chosen the Highwood as host to our annual 18 hole golf tournament for the last 2 years, and will be back again next year. Dawn and her crew have made it a super easy and enjoyable experience!
